payment and shipping

The delivery of the ordered goods takes place within approx. 3 - 5  Working days. Should we not be able to deliver the ordered goods - for example due to unforeseeable high demand or bottlenecks at suppliers - we will inform you immediately of any delay caused by this.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

We deliver free of charge within Germany from an order amount of at least € 80.
For orders under € 80, the shipping costs within Germany are € 4.50.

For deliveries abroad, we calculate the actual shipping costs.

When shipping to Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, a postage of € 8.60 is always charged. We deliver free of charge for orders over € 150.

If you want special types of dispatch and packaging or other exceptional circumstances, higher costs may apply. If this is the case, the customer will receive an offer for the actual costs after receipt of the order. The order is only considered accepted if these are accepted by the customer. In the event of partial deliveries, shipping costs will be calculated as if a complete delivery had been made.

In the event of cancellation, let us know and we will send you a return label .

Payment must be made no later than 7 days after the invoice has been issued.
